ARC , just complete two jobs with ARC. Gustavo coordinated both claims . It was an excellent experience , he does an excellent job , we had so much work done and all of it came out so good. ARC re built our entire Garage and Kitchen . The administration also is very accommodating. They and the construction crew really work hard on doing high quality work. Also if you have a question you will get decisions make in a fair manor . I would hire them for future work .

I’m really happy with the overall look and quality of this space. The flooring immediately stood out to me — it feels solid, well-installed, and adds a clean, modern touch that ties everything together. I also appreciated the wall texture; it’s smooth and consistent without feeling flat or cheap, which makes a big difference in how the space feels day to day. The paint job was done really well too — even coverage, no obvious streaks, and the color choice makes the room feel bright and welcoming. After reading through other reviews, I can agree that attention to detail is definitely there. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend Cris.

Had some water damage to my kitchen. After mitigation/remediation my insurance company assigned ARC to rebuild and remodel my kitchen. I'm so glad they did. From the initial contact from Mayra the process ran so smoothly. Gerard was the Project Manager who handled the estimate very professionally and friendly. Gerard stayed involved all the way to the completion of the project. I can't say enough about him and his professionalism, helpful guidance along with friendly communication throughout. Cris Pineda was the foreman and he did a great job as well coordinating everything and with communication as well. This company did an amazing job resetting and repairing a window that was leaking inside the wall of my house. Gerard, Project Manager and Estimator, was in constant contact with me regarding project dates and followed up with me after completion to ensure I had no concerns. The crew was very well coordinated and completed the work within a reasonable period of time. Although there was water damage inside my house from the leak, it now looks like nothing ever happened. I am very happy with the job completion and hope to use them again for other projects.Thank you for a job well done!

This is the kitchen project that the Project Manager & Estimator, Gustavo Batres and his crew abandoned Dec 2020 when they could not meet their obligation by showing up on time (8AM). Instead, his crew was 45-50 minutes late which would of course cause frustration on the client. Gustavo then called and threatened to cancel the job in which he did, however, doing so is against the contractual agreement which is also a default on the company's responsibilities. ARC Services was paid 50% of the estimate to begin the project and could not execute. Drywall was complete, however, contractor is overcharging for drywall supplies and labor. At any rate, please do not utilize this company nor refer others. See pics of unfinished project; bad business!
