His contract contained all the needed information including a detailed drawing plus photos of the privacy fence & gate. The HOA had all the required information and were able to quickly approve our project. The installation process was easy and Ronnie checked in with us a few days after the installation to make sure all was well. Ronnie quoted us out a fair price. He was right in line with the lowest bids and the service and responsiveness was far superior to the big companies. Our fence was installed within 3 weeks of making an agreement and in comparison, the big companies said it would be 6-8 weeks! He was detail oriented, worked with me on all the details that were important to us and made a few suggestions that we did not think about. The final product turned out just as discussed. I can’t recommend them more! If nothing else, don’t hire someone to put your fence in until you at least give Arcadia a call.
