As soon as it got a little cold my heater stopped working. I called a company who told me everything was broke and to replace it. Thankfully my mom has been using Arcadia for years and told me to call them. And I’m so glad a did. Sarah was so nice and I really appreciated her promptness in trying to help me get my heater fixed. Mac and Avery came out the next day to inspect my heater. They were on time, very nice guys and were clear, patient, and honest with me about my heater. Luckily I only needed one piece fixed. Very impressed with their service and I hope to use them again in the future.

Acadia was highly recommended by my daughter-in-law who used them every time they needed Havoc services. Mac, Tyler , Mallory and Avery were excellent with communication, and professionalism. I was kept advised on their arrival and departure when job was completed. I will recommend Acadia to anyone needing Havoc services! Thank you Sarah!!

Matt & Avery came out to do a fall inspection on my HVAC system. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They got my furnace ready for cold weather, changed the filters, and repaired a part that needed attention. They also replaced some insulation on my AC compressor lines. These guys gave me such peace of mind and were great to work with!

We're so glad we found this company! We've been looking for someone to install a new HVAC system for about a month to replace a 22yr old system that was on its last legs and after a number of companies came out to quote, we chose Arcadia HVAC. Sarah is amazing! She was very responsive to our situation and questions and within two days we had Matt and Dustin installing our new Trane system. We could tell Matt and Dustin had been working together for a while because they were a highly efficient team. We are looking forward to working with this company for our ongoing maintenance and very highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

My new zoning system is working great! I recently had a new AC and zoning system installed in my house. I used to have only one thermostat downstairs, and there was at least a 10-degree temperature difference between the two floors. Now, with the new zoning system, the downstairs stays warm without overheating the upstairs. I’m really happy with the result! I also appreciate their honesty — my friend, who had hired them before, recommended this company, saying they don’t try to sell unnecessary stuff, and I completely agree.
