Archadeck of Northern Indianapolis

Our new TimberTech deck from archadeck is awesome. Working with sales, project manager and crew was a great experience. The project and cost was transparent and there were no surprises. The only surprise was rotting wood on our house discovered during the old wood deck removal. The crew quickly identified a remediation plan and had the skill set to rebuild this part of our house, saving us from hiring a separate contractor. Their craftsmanship was great. Not only am I an employee, but this winter I became a client of Archadeck of Northern Indianapolis! My home was in desperate need of a deck replacement, it was functional for my family, but very rotted. Ryan offered insight, bettering the design I already had in my mind, and provided suggestions of which TimberTech products would be best for our needs and budget. Whitney made the process run smoothly & efficiently, even over holiday breaks. The crew was on time every day, and worked diligently while taking care and not rushing the job. Our new deck is beautiful, much safer!, and a great addition to our home. July 2025 party lighting by Outdoor Lighting Perspectives was the final touch to our outdoor project. We used Archadeck to install a new patio where we had an existing deck. The deck was in rough shape and made poor use of the space and we wanted a patio to open things up and provide more usable space in our backyard. From our first design consultation with Lindsey through the completion of the project with Whitney and her crew, the Archadeck team was there to answer our questions, make suggestions, provide options, and otherwise guide us through the process of our patio project. Lindsey's knowledge on the design side helped us bring our idea to life, discussing different options along the way. We could not be more pleased with our new TimberTech deck and the entire team at Archadeck of Northern Indianapolis! The entire process was easy, from first contact with Lizzie in the office, to reviewing composite versus wood options and pricing, through construction, and finally the follow-up and final fixes/adjustments. The crew, led by Alex, were respectful of property, answered all of our questions (we had a lot!), and their workmanship and quality were outstanding. The project lead, Whitney, also frequently checked in on the crew and us, and helped coordinate with another contractor doing our retaining wall and concrete patio. Archadeck replaced my old deck with a beautiful new, and much larger deck and I love it! The entire team--from designing and scheduling to construction and follow-up--was great to work with and did a fantastic job. Lizzie took care of all of the permits, variances, site plans, etc, keeping me informed all the way. She is extremely pleasant to work with! Ryan did a great job turning my general ideas/plans into a fantastic design. Whitney and the construction crew worked fast, were professional and hardworking. Throughout the process Ryan and Whitney kept me informed of what to expect and the progress. I am very happy with the end result!
