Archer Exteriors

Following some wind damage to trim on the roof gable, I called Archer who had done the original siding on the house and they inspected the damage and took a sample of the trim for color matching. On Nov. 14, they provided an estimate which was reasonable and then made an appointment for Nov. 25 to complete the repair. They failed to show between 8-12 as promised. I called the office at 12:30 to see what happened. The woman who answered said "I will check the service desk and call you right back". Never called back. An hour later the roofer who inspected the damage on Nov 7 turned up as if nothing happened - no apology and said he needed to check colors which he did on Nov 7. Off he went.
