Save your time and money and avoid purchasing appliances from these guys. Found a fridge and agreed on posted/advertised price with the sales person. i told her I’d be back later day or the following day to purchase and pickup. Arrived the following day and they conveniently decided to raise the price! She gives me some BS that because I didn’t call her later that day that I looked at fridge that the owner decided the fridge was priced too low???? Gimme a break! Horrible Bait and switch tactics going on here. Just save your time and money and go elsewhere to purchase used appliances. Took my business to The Warehouse , who treats customers right!

Archers sent out Matt, who had serviced various appliances before. He removed the metal shell and observed the washer as it ran an empty load. He stayed with it the whole 30 minutes, and said, "I haven't seen a drop of water where it shouldn't be." So we got lucky this time! We love Matt and Archers!

NEVER AGAIN! I bought a used dryer on Oct 17th. It stopped working on Nov 24th, just over a month. I called them and they said that since it was over 30 days, they wouldn’t repair or replace it. Mind you, I didn’t even begin using the dryer until Nov 1st. Beware of this place. They sell trash! You will throw away your money!

I bought a washer and dryer. Staff here is awesome, and went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it! Will definitely go back again whenever I need to buy another home appliance.

I dealt with Rowan (Rowanne?) who was very friendly but also very professional. She helped me get a fridge I wanted, black or stainless, within my budget and in a timely manner. She came back to me with an awesome fridge that was BOTH black and stainless! We had to wait just a couple days to seal the deal but that was because the team needed to properly stress test the refrigerator before sending it out to me. This was unexpected but it felt like the right idea and was appreciated. They delivered the fridge to my second floor kitchen flawlessly. Thank you Archer's and thank you Rowan!
