Dewitt, a professional, takes a personal interest and is very reliable---He takes time to explain and educate, discuss alternatives, disentangle complex problems, and make thoughtful and practical recommendations. Over the years, he transitioned our home from a costly boiler heat system to full house heat pumps and efficient hot water heater. Archibald offers what you're looking for out of a local, family-owned heating and cooling company. They installed a new furnace in my home; all of the folks who work there were professional, courteous and -- most importantly -- skilled at what they do, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of money-wise. Of course we hope that we don't ever need to place emergency calls, but when the inevitable strikes Archibald is very quick on the response and sends someone out ASAP. Would highly recommend!

We started with a free estimate. Dewitt arrived on time and answered all questions in minute detail, and clearly. We chose him over another company and have no regrets. The service could not have been better. The work was done on the days promised and gave us photographic updates as the work was done. The workers were neat and clean. The work would have been completed one day early but for the fact that one supplier sent a wrong part, which was promptly corrected. Dewitt was personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very informative. We could not have had a better experience. We recommend this business highly.

excellent service, out heat pump had died and called many providers but Achibald came quickly and fixed out problem. did an amazing job and explained all our concerns. Follow up has been great and they have submitted a national grid application for us as well. highly recommmend.

This company is the best. DeWitt the owner is an easy guy to work with and he has a great crew as well. They did a wonderful job not only installing my new Carrier heat pump but in 2023 installed meticulously a new electric water heater. I can only say good things about them and the service they provide.
