I have had three windows leak over two years. Last time I contacted the owner I received no response. In addition the workers damaged my brand new bathroom cabinet door with adhesive the installers used permanently staining the white door. One of the workers also used a bath towel to clean some adhesive ruining my towel. I deducted the damaged towel from the final payment but the bathroom cabinet door damage wasn’t apparent until later on. Pay more and avoid this headache.

Would not recommend for large projects. At first they were responsive but now I see all Alan wanted was to close the deal asap. I had/have multiple issues with them and they are very unresponsive . 1. Ensure you review your contract, their quality of work, and promise of materials. Per the contract, my windows were to be Low-E3. When I had a professional company come out to check out the install, they confirmed only 4 windows of the 17 had low-e. Also, the 4 windows were only low-e, not low-e3. I mentioned to the business owner that the UV coming through the windows were very strong. He reiterated that the windows were low-e 3 which is why the windows had a green tint; basically saying the heat will come thru either way. Once I mentioned that a 3-party confirmed more than half windows did

I got one of the best prices from vinyl company. They came out and did a really awesome job and they were cleaned after themself which it a big plus. Thank you and I will recommend Arcienega windows to the neighborhood god bless.

Go somewhere else !!!these guys are fraud they installed my French door. It started having problem after one week and they would not come back to fix it. The owner kept messaging me and giving me dates which they never showed up. I will report them on yelp and all other social media. The quality is horrible and installation process was very unprofessional

I live in Coachella, CA I priced around they gave me the best price. They did an amazing job. Windows look awesome. A crew of 5 individuals put 16 windows in 6 hrs. I highly recommend this company for your window needs.
