Compared 2 other companies that made appointments and flaked, these guys are great. Made an appointment the day before, they gave a time, and asked for confirmation 3 separate times which I think is good since other companies make appointments and never show. Communication was great. While doing a cleaning on my coil for the ac unit I asked for a couple more estimates and they were able to give me quotes before they finished the current job. They were on time and pleasant. I plan to use them again in the future since I have an old house and the bs never stops. Clean your coils people! Pics of what mine looked like. I just bought the house so this definitely isn't my maintenence history being shown. I don't think it's been cleaned in 20 years.
