Worst warranty in west Texas !!!Do not buy from this company!!! They will not help you.They will not cover their warranty and Melanie, Who refuses to give me her last name, continue to argue with me about my equipment! Been waiting months to have someone come look at it and they keep saying ,we are backed up!!! Please go somewhere else. I will be reporting my incident to the Better Business Bureau. So if you don't want to go through the same thing, don't do anything with them. OVER 12,000 for a unit they wont come and fix .. its a simple fix and yet they wont give you the time of day. Arctic has been and is my go to HVAC/AC service company They are fair, efficient and trustworthy. The $99 deal is definitely a deal and the part i needed was a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending!
