We cannot say enough great things about Arctic Air! They are always amazing to work with and quick to resolve any issues that come up. We absolutely love their technician, Zayne. He is professional, kind, and knows exactly what he’s doing. When we recently had an urgent situation at our venue, they immediately understood how important it was to get our A/C serviced quickly. Their fast response and excellent service saved the day and kept everything running smoothly. Thank you, Arctic Air and Zayne, for always taking care of us. Highly recommend!

Zayne from Artic Air is absolutely amazing! He installed my new thermostat and went above and beyond - not only was the installation smooth, but he also took the time to help me download and set up the app. On the top of that, he even changed my air filter without being asked. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Rare find. Highly, highly recommend Zayne and Arctic Air.

Arctic has been amazing! We had an issue with the AC; Troy came out and was so sympathetic and helpful. I would recommend Arctic to anyone needing assistance or replacement of their AC unit.

Artic Air has been great for us! We're on their annual plan which has them come twice / year for a tune up/system cleaning etc...I think it's worth it. They have helped us on multiple occasions. Obviously - when something breaks - can be expensive. But they've always been on point and quick to fix. I also really like that their techs will present information/options and let the owner make a decision. They aren't too pushy / salesy.

My AC went out over the weekend (Sunday) during a really weekend. I called the after hours number to see when they would be able to come. Staci reached out immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. Allen showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed the leak outside, made sure that the leak was fixed, and filled me back up with Freon. He had us back up and running in no time. The parts were covered under our parts warranty, which saved us having to pay to replace them. Staci and her team were awesome. Allen is very knowledgeable and professional. Arctic Air is always quick to respond and get you fixed up. They really care about their customers!
