My review is most specifically about the technician, Joseph Testagrose, with Arctic Air. He was scheduled for my regular maintenance but instead my HVAC unit decided to have a leak and would not cool properly. With the temperature rising and me having a house full of guests arriving I can only say a big Thank You for Joseph’s integrity and professionalism. He stayed late until the repairs were completed. Huge credit to Arctic Air for hiring a talented and conscientious engineering technician like Joseph 👏

Kendra was excellent at scheduling. and keeping me informed, The owner Jason was on site and with his recommendation we got a very good HVAC . installed in less than a day. The techs were professional and explained everything as they installed the unit. Second HVA we have bought from Arctic Air-their service has always been very good,

On July 7, 2025, I reached out to this company in support of the local community and businesses. The receptionist told me she would submit my request to a technician, who would then call me to evaluate my system. However, by noon on July 8, 2025, I had not heard from anyone. My wife and beloved Golden Retriever were becoming increasingly uncomfortable. I gave this company a chance, but didn't receive consideration in return. I had to find an alternative. I called a neighbor for a recommendation, and the alternative service was at my home within 45 minutes of my call. It turned out they were also a local business, and they resolved the issue promptly and at a fair price. Jason - Just wanted to say thanks for helping us out on the motor and after hours call out. AC is back together and works great. You saved us a ton of money and we really appreciate Correy & Geofrey - can't thank you enough for coming thru in a pinch. Helped us source the correct motor for less than ordering it online, made two service calls, only charged us for one - diagnosis was dead on. Gave us DIY tips and was willing to install or deliver the motor for a huge savings. Tech even loaned us a tool to pull the fan wheel off the motor. These guys are honest and will work with you to get your HVAC running again at the best price - even if it means supporting you do some of the work yourself!
