Imtiaz from Arctic Air Temp did a fantastic job replacing the evaporator coil on our HVAC system. He showed up on time, got right to work, and really seemed to know what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need. The system has been running so much better since he finished, and you could tell he actually cared about doing the job right. He was also really friendly and respectful in our home, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely call Arctic Air Temp again especially if Imtiaz is available. Highly recommend!
