Can’t than this company enough! Our cat crawled into our vent when the heat was off and we didn’t know it. He got stuck and the heat came on and we heard the awful meowing cat was crying shut the heat off but he was stuck. Called 911 they wouldn’t come and this was during the snow storm btw I called all the heating and air companies in the area this fella picked up and came to our house within 45 minutes. Saved our cat fixed the vent and saved the day.

Highly recommend this company! We called about our AC unit during a recent heatwave and they were incredibly responsive and got to us within a day. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Their prices were reasonable, and communication throughout the process was excellent. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Jackie went above and beyond to restore our HVAC that suddenly stopped. It would have been very easy to tell us that the part needed would delay the repair, but he went the extra mile to get us up and running. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.

Highly recommend!! Awesome service and communication! I was having hot water tank issues on a Saturday and he quickly answered my call and was able to get me squared away that Monday. Very honest people. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like the other company I called “Al Marino”, was trying to charge me $8,900. I will definitely use Arctic in the future and refer to anyone in need. All in all true professionals and honest good people!

Arctic saved me from disaster not just once but twice. The first time it was the dead of winter, and we were in a deep freeze. It was the end of the day, a pipe burst and flooded my laundry room. No other plumber would even answer the phone. Arctic came within a short time and fixed my troubles. More recently it was summertime in a heat wave and my AC went out. Arctic came the very next day, went straight to the trouble, replaced the fan and all at a very reasonable price. There’s no one else in Gallipolis that I will ever call.
