We had Enchanted remove our old fireplace insert and install a new one. On both occasions the gentlemen were courteous, efficient and left the area spotless before leaving. Arctic Chimney Sweep & Repair And Fireplace Cleaning were very knowledgeable on both the product and its use. We are totally pleased with the work they did, and cannot wait to enjoy our new fireplace this winter.

I hired Artic Insulation to install dense pack cellulose insulation in all my exterior walls and the attic space of a lower roof. They happened to be the 2nd of 4 contractors I had come out to give me a quote for my project. I knew right out the gate that I was going to hire them. I really like that he wasn't one of these big box contractors wth there flashy salesman. A nice local contractor was exactly what i was looking for in these crazy times I wanted use a local business. Bob the owner of the company came to do the estimate. He showed up on time, and went over in detail about what had to be done and what was a waist of money todo, He even took the time to tell me how I could insulate a small crawl space that could not be done with the dense pack. We called Arctic Blown-In Insulation in Bergen County after researching the internet for reviews. It took a day to get a call back. A person named Bob showed up with his truck on New Year’s Day to walk through our house. He was courteous and answered our questions. He spent 2 hours inspecting our house and drilled small holes in the wall to check the insulation. Afterwards, he would spackle up the hole. Bob said he would give us a quote for the work in three parts, so we could pay for parts of the work if the full job was too expensive. He said he would likely have the quote in two days and email it to us. Two days pass and there was no email. We checked our spam folder, but no email from Arctic was there. We called and left voice mail just in case the email was incorrect. Three

Bob, the owner, is very friendly and getting a quote was straight forward. He can at the promised time and finished a large job in 2 days. Once they start working, they do not stop and they will leave around 4-5pm, what I love. The job is well done. I watched them work. They make sure that the walls are full with insulation. You can tell that they did not start the business yesterday, but 20+ years ago.

Great insulation contractor. I've dealt with a few different contractors over the years with previous homes and this has been the best experience by far. Arctic Insulation is professional and affordable, and do very effective work!
