Arctic Oil & Propane

I would just like a quick call back to let me know that i am on the schedule for delivery. I dont know if i should start calling other places before my oil runs out? They are usually good at refilling when i call to setup. Also, no person ever answers the phone which is very annoying.

Really great service. My neighbors and I all got our propane tank filled. Always offers the best possible price. They do not typically offer pre-buy for the winter, but the owner, George, said we could make some kind of arrangement. Looking forward to long lasting relationship. Always feels good to support local businesses!

I have used Artic Oil and Propane for several years. They’ve delivered both my home heating oil and propane for my buried 500-gallon tank that serves the swimming pool, kitchen, and decorative heaters. Their prices are always excellent and their service/delivery times are amazing. Usually next day but several times the -same- day that I have called. Today my tank was pretty low in the middle of a bad cold snap. I texted Artic, and my tank was full in a couple hours. Very nice guys to deal with, and I highly recommend them.

Called Arctic oil on Monday august 22nd for a quote for 500 gallon of oil price was around 4.05. I was looking for .03 off to beat the price of competitors as they offer. They never called me back. Next day the price shot up to 4.15. I then called back and no answer again. I filled the contact information out online to get online quote on Tuesday Aug 23rd requesting a quote for 500 gallons. Again no response. On Wednesday price shot up to 4.25. And the offer was .02 off to beat competitors price. I ended up getting oil with another supplier. I will never do business with Arctic oil supplier again in my life. I erased them from my list. There are plenty of suppliers in town to pick from. If I could rate no star. I would.

Only thing have to say is stay away. Called to have tank filled and only put 1/4 tank. When I got home and called because no one called me the message gave a # to call. When I called the gentleman said that I’m wasting his time and that he’s been to busy and that he has worked over a 100 hrs. Sorry but that has nothing to do with me. I asked who he was and he preceded to say that he is the owner And then called me some names I will not put here and he then hung up. The next day I called back to see if they would give me oil at the price we agreed to when I called to get tank filled and they only put a 1/4 tank. The price went up $.30 a gallon and they would not honor. I’ve used them all last year and did not have a problem. This is first time I called with an issue and whole thing was hand
