A contractor caused considerable contamination of a hazardous material throughout my home and after I did a lot of research, the industrial hygienists I contacted agreed that it required professional cleanup. The contamination was so dangerous that I had to move my family and our pets out of our home. Throughout the process of getting my home-owner’s insurance company to accept the claim, I began contacting home restoration and heavy-duty cleaning companies to fix my home. Most of the firms immediately declined the job as it was a material that they either did not understand and did not want to attempt to clean, or the job was too large, or they refused to deal with insurance companies. From my personal experience I would never use this place again. They hired all types of sketchy shady and unprofessional contractors to come to my house to fix things, job never even got done, multiple things were still not fixed right and I believe the guys name was Justin that was helping from Arcus and he was awful overall! Terrible customer service. I would never spend a penny with this company again. I’d leave 0 stars if I could! I’d use literally anybody but arcus! 👎👎

They came out and inspected our hardwood floors on behalf of our crappy insurance company, Progressive. They were timely and provided the eyes on sight that Progressive didn't do. Polite, professional, timely, dependable!
