The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He was extremely helpful working with my home warranty company and helped me recover my reimbursement. This is the third time I have used them and they are always great.

I had a very very good experience, & this was my first time using this company. Lou, the technician, showed a great amount of patience, had great conversation, & is very fair with pricing. I had a user error situation, with my burner on my stove, & he was able to immediately fix the problem, & give an honest suggestion, & good recommendations. I would highly recommend this place, in the future, & will be using them again for any appliance needs!

I can't recommend Area Appliance Service enough! Lou answered my call and came out promptly to fix our dryer. Lou is a truly wonderful person and you can tell that he cares deeply about his customers and the job at hand. Very fair pricing as well. We will always come back to Area appliance if we need additional repairs!!

My dryer stopped working on Friday I called area appliance service spoke with Lou, I explained the situation to him he said he would be there the next day, and he was. When I showed him what was wrong he said it would take awhile to fix, to my surprise it took a lot less time than I anticipated. He was vey knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong, but God forbid that does happen I would definitely use, and recommend him to friends and family.

I recently had a problem with a gas stove. Since I didn’t have a current appliance repair service, I called several. I reached Area Appliance Repair, talked to Lou the owner & found him very responsive and made an appointment for the same day. Lou himself came out, diagnosed my problem and promptly fixed it.
