Absolutely unacceptable behavior from this company’s delivery driver. This morning, one of their fuel oil trucks parked squarely in the middle of our narrow residential street, completely blocking traffic in both directions. My wife, trying to get to work on time, was stuck behind it with no way around. She politely asked the female driver if she could pull the truck forward or to the side just enough to let cars pass. The driver snapped that she couldn’t move the truck because the hose was out. The driver asked if my wife could wait 5 minutes instead. When my wife said no—she had to get to work—the driver rolled her eyes, disappeared, and didn’t return for several minutes. Meanwhile, I called the company office to complain and ask them to instruct the driver to let traffic through. I was

We had Paul over for an estimate! He is extremely knowledgeable and suggested perfect AC/Hvac system. We decided to go with his proposal! We can say we are beyond happy! Paul and his crew came early morning and took care of the installation in no time. The team did very clean work and our house once again had AC! seven years ago I had called all the fancy guys on Staten Island and the prices for a new AC system were sky high. I called Area Fuel. He arrived, explained everything was patient was mindful and the price was amazing. Work was performed quickly and very neatly. He also gave me 10 years of free maintenance which i use regularly. thankfully have not had trouble with the system but whenever I call Paul he arrives immediately and addresses my concern.
