Had to call Area due to A/C not working. Called right at 8 when they opened, was here by 9:30! Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Even had them install new thermostat while they were here. Now were back to a nice cool home. My tech was Dan. He was amazing! Super nice guy, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 will def use them again for any HVAC needs in the future.

We have been serviced by Area Heating and Cooling for many years. Techs are wonderful. Last fall we replaced our furnace and it was great. They always explain everything and clean up after. When our thermostat was not working as programmed, they replaced it. Their customer service is simply awesome.

Came back from out of town trip to have my outdoor unit go into compressor failure. Dan the tech came out the next morning to do a complete diagnosis's and that was the issue. Sean the owner made a decision to pull the entire unit( heat pump and furnace) and replace with an entirely new unit. His crew came out the next morning and replaced all components and had me back up and running in no time. I just want to thank Sean and his entire team for the great customer support they gave me and i would recommend them to anyone anywhere! Thank you again AREA heating and cooling!!!

Outstanding work! Sean the owner was so thorough and helpful. Met us on a Saturday to explain the new boiler/ water heater we had put in. Could not have been a better experience. SO grateful for him and his expertise! Will use again for sure!—
