To be fair, I have not actually used this company’s service. However, the owner, I believe he was, referred me to his guy (one that he works with) and because of him, I will never use this company. My need was to get my half acre of land cleaned and cleared so I reached out to this company. The owner (again I believe it was he who I spoke to) said that’s not exactly what they do but the guy (I forgot what title he gave him) “that I work with may want to do it as a side job.” So I said, “oh great! I’ll give him a call.” It’s an easy, yes or no.The man that he referred me to, name was Santos. So Santos came out to give me an estimate. And he quoted me $18,000! I have done landscaping for 20 years, I have done numerous landscaping projects that included me ordering tons of screening. Today I ordered 4 tons of screening to deliver to the job site, and when the delivery came, they delivered this amount of screening as shown in the picture. I paid for 4 tons of sand but it isn’t even 2 tons. When I called the owner of the company to notify him that I didn’t get enough screening as I ordered, he was getting defensive and arguing that he delivered 4 tons. John the owner didn’t want to even hear about the issue because he thinks that he is right and the customer is wrong. As a business owner myself I always make sure to put customer’s first and hear out to any issue if they have with my service. That is not 4 tons and he kept saying to come and see the

This company let us down twice after calling and telling us our order was ready for pick up. We would never treat customers in this manner. We would never recommend Area Landscape to any business or homeowner.

Great value and service! The 2.5 inch stone (large flint stone) was more reasonable than I thought! Quick delivery. The stone solved my drainage problem. For 2.5 tons, delivery charge ($70) and tax my total ones $448.94
