Aria Remodeling

Highly recommend Aria! We've worked with Ray and the team twice now and have recommended them to others. Our first project was a bathroom/closet renovation - we found Aria was priced competitively and appreciated that Ray listened to what we were hoping for and made plans that made our space function so much better than we imagined. We really liked that we could go to Aria's showroom to look at all the pieces together (tile, cabinets, fixtures, etc) and not have to go to different stores by ourselves to source materials. We were so impressed that we worked with the team on another project and will work with them again in the future!

From start to finish, we were thrilled. The price was in range with other contractors, but what really blew us away was the workmanship, attention to detail, and overall high quality of the work. We had both tile and hardwood installed through out entire first floor, and it was evident that the brother/sister team took great pride in all that they do. They worked in our house for three weeks or so, while our entire family of five was home. We felt safe because their masks were ALWAYS on (us too) and they were just really kind and respectful to our family and our space. I think our dog was ready to go home with them. Ray was great to work with in terms of initial estimate. He is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. His staff (Eber and Sandra) were professional and skilled in their tile installation work and were always on-time. It is great for us to have a local general contractor business in the silver spring area to work with. Very pleased with the outcome of this current project and look forward to doing more home improvement projects with Aria remodeling!

We agree with several of our neighbors who have used Aria Remodeling that we recommend them highly for their professional work. Our kitchen looks new again with porcelain tile update. New oak squares to repair a water damaged section match the rest of the family room floor. We are delighted.
