Ariba Oil

I placed my order online at one price for a 175+ gallon fill. They stopped my fill at 168 gallons which put my order in a higher price quote even though my tank was not completely full. The short fill cost 7 cents more per gallon - absolutely NOT what I contracted for. They blamed the short fill on the tank whistle which they claim was faulty (It's brand new along with the tank and fill line). The woman answering the phone became very defensive (after being on hold for over 30 minutes) and wound up hanging up on me. Don't order from them.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Crappy company drives over my lawn to access my neighbors property causes damage driver laughs owner says it is my problem not his. He claims my neighbors driveway is too narrow. They have delivered there many times and this has not happened. Crappy driver and crappy owner. Don’t trust these people they are no good.

Awesome company and people that work there!!!! Called in last minute for an oil delivery and they came sooner than expected!!!! And make sure I have the oil I needed to get through this cold spell thanks everyone you are the best!

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have little regard for their customers and the woman Karen who works in the office, lies and is abrupt, and rude, and has a serious attitude problem.

I just personally witnessed this company’s two drivers break traffic laws and cross red lights. Everyone moved out of the way because they were honking so much and thought it was an emergency, but it’s just a private company making deliveries. I’ll be sending the blackbox footage to law enforcements soon.
