Arid is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. In particular, I would like to commend Mike. Mike was the consultant for our sump pump installation. He is extremely honest and helpful. Mike made the entire process as smooth as possible. In fact, more than a year later, Mike is still available to answer any questions I may have. I would not hesitate to use this company again and can't recommend their services enough. Five stars all the way for Mike and Arid!

This is a truly professional company. They sent out one of their foreman to view what was required and the owner called me the next day with the estimate that was a fraction of what other local basement waterproofing companies were quoting my neighbors and family. They came out the following week and in one day had all of what was promised done and cleaned up. The crew was on point and kept working even through extream heat. This company gives me faith again in the contracting business. We highly recommend them and if we need anything in their wheelhouse we would call them without a second thought. I cannot say enough about Arid! For several years, I had flooding in my basement, having to stay home from work to get the water out. Then I came across rave reviews of Arid and their system of internal french drains within the perimeter of the basement. Everyone on the team was super professional, explained every step of the process, and kept me informed along the way. It was worth every penny. I feel soooo relieved to finally have a dry basement and I would have given more stars if I could.

Can’t say enough great things about ARID! I had them come out, diagnose my problem, recommend the French drain and 1 sub pump. They quoted me a year ago and when I finally was able to pull the trigger on the project, they honored their original quote and I didn’t hesitate to sign the contract. Their pricing is very fair compared to other companies- I did ALOT of research before choosing ARID. They did the work in 1 day and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with their front office staff and their workers! They made the process very easy, highly recommend them!
