John came highly recommended from our general contractor and we couldn’t have had a better experience with him and his crew. They were knowledgeable, clean, efficient and best of all, reasonable. We had several cracks in our foundation walls that didn’t hold up well against the recent record-breaking rainfall. In 1.5 days, they were neatly drilled out, filled and sealed. I didn’t know this before we had the work done but Arid offers a 15 year (!!!) repair warranty against future water leaks, which is just unheard of this day and age and speaks volumes to how much pride they take in their work.

We hired John to assess a leak in our basement. He was to come on a Saturday to do his assessment but never showed. After numerous calls and emails, we were finally able to reach him and he was able to come later that day. He determined where the crack was and showed us. He felt that filling the crack from inside and outside would fix the problem. He said plan B would be to create a French drain. His crew came and did the work, and they were quick and professional. Unfortunately, the leak did not resolve at all and we have continued pooling. I understand not everything is perfect, and so we wanted to proceed with the plan B. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! These guys are reliable and honest! They were able to locate the problem quickly and did an incredible job. This was the BEST decision Ive ever made for my home! Thank you ARID!

The absolute most unprofessional and dishonest company. The swear that they waterproof basements. They work is a farce and doesn't work at all. Too expensive. No recommendations at all! Dishonest!
