It seems these days it is difficult to find a qualified, friendly and detailed technician. Well, if you are looking for one, Rodney is definitely a find! My carpet cleaner of over 20 years recently retired and I was in the hunt for a new one. After calls to a couple of companies; I took a chance on ARise and glad I did. From talking with Diane, to follow up emails to a phone call letting me know Rodney was on his way. The carpets look awesome!! 100% recommended and satisfied!

I thoroughly enjoyed having Rodney and his granddaughter perform carpet cleaning at my condo after it sustained water damage, as they made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Rod from Arise Carpet Cleaning did a move out carpet cleaning for us and did a fabulous job. He cleaned four rooms and in two rooms the carpets were old and had some stains. When Rod was finished the carpets looked so much better and smelled wonderful. Rod communicated well with us and let us know he was running a few minutes late. If we hadn't moved overseas I would definitely call on Rod again!
