It was very easy dealing with the scheduling of an electrician to come out. Rafael was the electrician and was very professional, nice, and considerate. He found the issue and I was only charged the service fee. I would highly recommend arise electrical for any electrical needs you may have.

I left a message on New Year's eve, saying that I had no electricity to wall plugs, urgent but not an emergency; could someone call me back... I received a call from the most pleasant man I think I have ever met! It all got better from there. Nathan was not only upbeat, but had all the other attributes you would want when calling a business you had no experience with. He was prompt, competent, listened to what I had to say and fixed it. He also made sure I had all my questions answered before he left. His assistant, Josh, was also friendly and pleasant, quick and capable. The cost was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them .
