🚨 Buyer Alert: Issues with Arizona Legacy • Specific Salesperson: Mitch Concerns: 1. Misrepresentation: The quality of cabinetry in their showroom differs significantly from what we received. 2. Quality Issues: • Voids in cabinets so large that the stain doesn’t completely penetrate the wood. • Visible bare wood at the seams of several doors. • Many doors had pre-existing cracks. 3. Warranty Concerns: After a year and multiple warranty claims, the issues remain unresolved. 4. Customer Advocacy: AZ Legacy appears to prioritize the cabinet builder over us, their customer. Recommendation: Use alternative partners for remodeling projects.

Overall underwhelming experience. Needed 6 cabinets installed to finish a pantry and they were the only ones in the valley who serviced this vendor. Took over a year just to get the order processed 3-4 months to get order in Issue with order on arrival that they handled well Subsequent visit they installed cabinet hardware crooked and disappeared. They said they would "absolutely" fix that, then ghosted. Unless you're dropping 50k plus, expect to be their lowest priority.

I'm still waiting for an estimate on my front door. (It seems like I won't be getting a response back.) They were listed as one of the vendors. I live in North Scottsdale, and there are not a lot of options. I guess my mistake was to take my chances on them... If you want to keep your budget within reason, do not use this company.

Arizona Legacy is a high quality remodeling company. I would highly recommend them for your next project around the house.
