Five stars for Arizona Tile in Denver. I had an outstanding experience and Jhoana was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and such a big help to me throughout the entire selection process. She listened to what I was looking for, offered great suggestions, and helped me feel confident in my choices. The showroom is beautiful, the selection is fantastic, and the customer service truly stands out thanks to Jhoana. Highly recommend.

Seriously disappointed in Arizona Tile. I bought a new house and they were the contractor the builder selected for granite, etc. I selected the slab shown and what was delivered what was a clearly different slab. I could live with that except the slabs installed on the kitchen island and the main kitchen counter contained numerous defects like those in the photographs. Like somebody just filled the pits with blue cement. Seriously? And they were all over the place - they were raised above the polished stone or there there was just a rough hole in the stone where the blue cement broke away. The kicker is THEY ARE NOT GOING TO FIX IT. What?!!! Avoid this company - their customer service is atrocious (this whole granite saga dragged on for almost a year) and their integrity is non-exis

Very clean showroom and warehouse. Quite a few employees. They brought in a large slab so we could see something a contractor had suggested. We picked out a first and second choice. Highly recommend

Our homebuilder contracted through Arizona Tile to do the granite countertops for our kitchen. We chose a type of granite from the homebuilder's samples and then arrived at Arizona Tile to choose the specific slabs. What was probably scheduled as a half hour appointment turned into HOURS when the individual slabs of our chosen granite were pink and nothing like the sample we were shown - typical for natural stone. I'm a planner - the unknown just trips me up, and having thousands of dollars on the line, I was so stressed. The Arizona Tile rep VERY patiently showed us just about every single style of stone they had as I searched high and low for the granite that would match my vision. Up and down the aisles, then out to the storage yard where they pulled half a dozen full slabs for me
