Unlike the very large tile fabricating companies, my wife and I were greeted at the door by both Dan and his sister welcomed us with warm smiles. This was in stark contrast to the two other tile showrooms, where we were on our own for nearly 10 minutes in each instance. . While they were business savvy, we didn't feel as welcomed or appreciated as we were when we went to Arizona Tile. Dan really listened and asked questions to get a clear understanding of our tile project. He showed us around, and also gave us time to talk before we selected our top choices. For several years, this is the store that we go for tiles. They have a big selection of good quality tiles. Their show room is easy to navigate, not overwhelming. Friendly staff.

Diane Schaffer, the consultant who assisted me during my stop to the Livermore showroom, is an absolute gem! She very patiently helped me as I requested dozens of samples, was very professional and knowledgable in answering my questions, and exemplifies "world-class customer service". I was blown away by how much care and effort she put into making me feel like a valued customer. I came in looking for beautiful flooring and countertop materials (of which I found several options to choose from!), but left more impressed by her exceptional customer service! I came to Arizona tile to check out some granite for an outdoor project I am doing. The staff was extremely nice and professional. I inquired about granite on sale in the front of the store and was told the granite was not cut from the same slab so they could not guarantee matching. I found two separate pieces of granite that looked exactly the same but they were cut from different slabs. The staff didn't rush to sell me the same slab cuts, they actually took the time to put the two pieces of granite side by side so I could get a better view. I picked the two pieces of granite for my project and the staff got it all set up for delivery. Excellent customer service. I have a few more projects and will definitely be back!
