We are so impressed with this company! They answered our call right away and immediately put us at ease, explaining everything clearly and confidently. Because our situation was urgent, they got us in right away-truly top-notch customer service. ARK did a wonderful job; our home looks and smells so much fresher, and we already feel the difference. Rick and Amber are a class act and cleaned our 40 year old ductwork in a highly professional manner with their state of the art equipment and left us with really fresh air and no dust/pollen!! They communicate clearly and timely, and delivered excellent results. They respected our home, furnishings, art, and religious objects while carefully accomplishing their thorough cleanings. Couldn’t say enough about this awesome company. Rick and his wife really went above and beyond for me. My husband was recently in the hospital for respiratory issues and doctors said it was environmental. I called Ark on Wednesday and they were able to squeeze me in on Saturday. They are so knowledgeable and professional and super friendly. They did an amazing job not only cleaning the ducts, but the ceiling fans, dryer vents and even the tops of all the doorways. I am floored with all the dirt that they cleaned out. And all for a reasonable price. Anyone who needs their ducts cleaned needs to call Ark clean air.

2nd attempt to book vent cleaning. The first company attempt was no call back. This couple owned business answered their phone took 5 minutes to explain higher quality of the vent cleaning process and equipment, priced what I considered reasonable. Showed up on time, did more than expected (wiped off my ceiling fans while he was up there). The house smells fresh and clean. Showed me photos of my vents and stopped to clean his equipment half way through due to the large amount of constructions dust in the vents. Before he left he answered questions about maintenance, since my husband always did filter changes etc. and he has passed. I have already passed on their info to two other people.

These guys are amazing! Absolutely thorough and cleaned a ton of stuff out of our ducts. Prompt arrival and worked with our animals and home business schedules. Our house is seven years old and it was several years overdue from all the construction dust. We won’t go anywhere else! They even took care of the dryer vent, which was a mess, and they will be back to work on the coils in the attic as well. Rick and Amber are amazing and work very thoroughly and quickly to get you taken care of. I am putting them on a schedule and will use them for everything I need duct wise. So glad to be breathing clean air and have the piece of mind that the house won’t light up from the dryer vents 😂. Thanks again you guys!
