The owner of this Home Inspection Company far exceeded all of my expectations! I had to work, so I sent my son, a homeowner to represent me. Unbeknownst to the owner, my son has numerous certifications & state credentials in all aspects of building inspections, having worked previously for the state and in various management capacities. To have my son who has a keen eye for details & workmanship give an excellent assessment of ARK’s discoveries & attention to key detail speak volumes! Trust me, in his current role as manager for a major corporation, that doesn’t happen often with anyone! Superb evaluation and timely report!

I had many recommendations from friends. But none were as cost efficient, timely, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very precise and honest while walking through the home and even things based on his own experience not in the expertise he was able to share and determine his best input on the home. I got the report very quickly to ensure no delay in buying the home and was on top of setting up all the other inspections needed for the day. I highly recommend Abdul to anyone looking for a thorough home inspector. We asked for basic home inspection plus termite and Radon, tank sweep and sewer scope. He coordinated all the services for us and did a great job in checking everything in the house. He sent his well prepared report timely. His price is also fair.
