Great service and timeliness. As soon as decision was made and deposit paid, the shingles and supplies were in my yard and within a couple more days they were installed. Shout out to Scott Cowart for going above and beyond and Lorenzo for assistance during the day of install. I really appreciated their attention to the details! Very happy!!

Company did a great job. Scott was easy to work with and was here with insurance adjuster. He checked on roofing crew both days they were here. He took care of getting a gutter installation company and checked with us after they finished. Roof looks 100% better. 10 Stars!!

Robert and I had an amazing experience with Ark La Miss Roofing!!! From the time we met them until the job was complete, Scott and Roger, were checking on the progress and quality of the work every single day. That was so reassuring to us. Everyone involved bent over backwards to please, from keeping the work site cleaned (and extra clean when they were done), staying on schedule, and making sure they were covering all the issues with the roof as they came across them! (Which there were issues). One of the workers, Rocky, I want to give him big kudos for his metal roofing expertise!! They were all hard workers and exhibited a deeply rooted work ethic! Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our new roof, made possible by the performance of Ark La Miss Roofing!!!

Nela handle the job very well and Michael was very helpful and handled everything above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Nela to anyone that is looking for a roof.
