Ark-La-Tex Irrigation

I've used them for 15 years now for both my homes. I am pleased with their crew they send out each year to start my system and check all the heads. Very nice guys. I have to admit - leaving a message for them to call me back is not so great, so I just call early in the day before they get too busy. I spoke with the owner and he is genuinely interested in customer service. As a business owner myself, I don't see how their low service call fee even covers the crew, parts and a gas guzzler pickup. Very reasonable on price. I've been to their location before and they gave me a free diaphragm and few new heads at no charge. They seem knowledgeable to me, so this over generalized charge by 1 guy (he posted 2x) that "they are clueless" most likely installed his own system and can't explain what

I have used this company in excess of 7 years. They have always been reliable, their staff friendly, and work of high quality, and most importantly their prices have been very reasonable prices. The only negative is that on a few occasions throughout the years it has taken a day or two before they called me back. However, they are worth the wait. On the one occasion I went with a different company I regretted.the choice. I now wait for them to call me back.

These people are as clueless as they come. I called 3 times for service and was no showed 3 times. I called the fourth time and was told that I would be called back in a few minutes. I never got that phone call, but a week later I received a call saying they were on their way even though I hadn't scheduled it. They did a decent job with repairs, but they were not professional and hard to communicate with. I won't do business with them again. Next time I will choose someone that has a clue about running a business. If I can't find anyone better, I will just use a water hose for my lawn.
