Tyler from Ark Roofing was doing two other roofs on my street. I asked the neighbors and they said contact Tyler, so I called and in two minutes he was over. He looked at the roof and recommended I put in a claim. The first adjuster did not put the effort forth so Tyler stayed for two hours to capture all the roof damage. Then he resubmitted and a second adjuster was dispatched and Tyler spent another few hours with this adjuster. The insurance company agreed and in one day Tyler’s team installed a beautiful brand new roof. His team stripped and hauled off the old roof, used the latest best undercoating and shingles all before the rain started
