Ark Valley’s website claims to provide “home-town service with old-fashioned values.” Our experience was the opposite. Over the years, we called them repeatedly for the same repair to our well system. They replaced the same part (cycle stop valve) multiple times — yet the issue was never fixed. One of those repeat repairs occurred less than a year before the final failure. Their incorrect installation led to water intrusion and damage in our basement. We eventually hired another plumbing company, who replaced Ark Valley’s part using the correct materials and proper installation direction. After that, the system finally worked and stopped leaking — something Ark Valley never accomplished despite several attempts and multiple invoices.
