This was the second time that we hired Dillon with AHRI to inspect a home for us. Dillon is set apart from other inspectors. He doesn't hide behind reports and move on, he's very hands on, takes hundreds of pictures, spends time going over them with you if needed, and is normally available for follow-up concerns. He's definitely on a mission when doing inspections, very focused and thorough. Dillon is also very flexible in how you receive your report back, allowing you to tailor it to your specific situation. I would definitely recommend AHRI for your inspection needs.

This review is long overdue. Dillon helped my business partner and I on a house that we were remodeling back in 2023 in Benton. My partner and I wouldn’t have pulled the trigger in buying the house if Dillon said it wasn’t worth rehabbing. He’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the data he provided. His attention to detail is incomparable. It was truly a blessing to have worked with Dillon and would be happy to work with him again for future projects.

Dillon is fantastic! He's incredibly thorough, and obviously passionate about making sure you know exactly what's going on with your home. Where you might never even speak to some inspectors, Dillon will talk to you about his initial impressions as you set things up, let you know about any big problems asap, and writes a report that tells you everything you could want to know. If you need something inspected, make Dillon your first call. He's certainly mine!

Finding and working with Dillon was a blessing! From the very first call he was friendly and professional! Throughout our entire home buying experience, he remained responsive, informative, and reassuring. As out-of-town buyers, we had several logistical challenges...but Dillon remained reliable and helpful all the way up to closing. Buying a home is stressful. Buying a home while living in another state is even more stressful. However, Dillon really made us feel like he was on our team and inspected our property like he was the one buying. On top of that he is a wealth of knowledge and information.
