Arkansas Leak Detection

Shad and Jon were great to work with they showed up on time and did not leave until the job was done. They did great work and then cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut out a 36”x36” concrete in my swimming pool deck, found leaking pipe 3’ down. Now my pool is up and running again. Would totally recommend ALD for your leak detection needs.

I hate to review with negativity, but I’d not recommend their services. We had Arkansas Leak Detection out in August to help us find an irrigation leak that we couldn’t find. On their first trip they thought it was a leaking zone solenoid. I had that replaced and it wasn’t it. To their credit, that were back fast to look again. On their second trip they pumped the gas through the system and estimated that the issue was under the side of my driveway. Why you should pass on their services? 1) They quoted a very large number to do the repair work, but wouldn’t guarantee that the price would fix it. When I asked for greater clarity, they never responded or followed up. 2) I wasn’t home when they did the second visit and they vandalized my driveway with white spray paint. I now have a n

Garrett and Randy explained everything as they worked and didn't do anything additional without discussing it first. I am so glad we found them!
