Ark's Electric

I would pass on Ark's Electric. They came out to fix a breaker that was tripping and replaced a wire. Then over the next couple of months it continued to trip. I called for someone to check it out. They came, replaced the breaker, and charged for a second service call. I paid $400 for a job that would have been under $200 anywhere else. When I called, they simply argued and then hung up. Do it right the first time, don't charge twice if you can't fix it right.

Would not recommend. Transfer switch burned out for generator. $1035.00 to replace. Labor $415 (two guys came so charged labor for both). Part was removed from a whole system so charged for that system. Didn’t receive rest of system so guess they will use for parts. Called but no good answers. Definitely will not use them again!!

Everyone that has been out here for service calls has been great. We highly recommend them.

They were friendly, prompt, the price was good and I will always call them if needed. They did a great job.

Arks, and Aaron specifically, were a pleasure to work with. He came out same day for the estimate on the work we wanted done and was back in a week. He and his partner were clean and courteous and worked through a difficult curveball that the project presented. Will definitely be calling next time i have electrical needs.
