We contacted Arlan Plumbing due to a pluming and draining issue in our home. They were able to accommodate with an appointment for a tech to come out that same week. This being our first time experiencing a plumbing related issue in our home, we contacted several companies to come out and provide quote and inspection. Michael was the only person who provided us with beneficial information and actual repair recommendations that made sense. He was polite, detailed and did an excellent job at explaining. Needles to say, the work that he did on our drains was also done to satisfaction with no issues so far. Found Arlan Plumbing on yelp, and after receiving a few estimates from multiple companies, I decided to go with Arlan due to their professionalism, response time and qualifications. My water heater was replaced within hours, and they even disposed my old water heater for free. It’s not every day that you come across an honest and knowledgeable plumbing company.
