We lost one leg of our power and called around 4:30pm. Left a message and Michelle called back in 5 minutes, and had her technician (also Michelle) out here in 15mins! They had to replace the device the power meter clips into, and got us all sorted by 7pm. Amazing! Thanks also to Chris from FKEC who did the honors of disconnecting us at the street while the work could happen. Would totally recommend!

People that live in the keys know how difficult it is to find good reliable contractors. Every time I’ve used Arlington you can trust them to do what they say. They show up, they offer good advice. They have worked inside my house and have installed 4 motors on my dock. Thanks so much Michelle and team. You guys are the best!!!

Charges me $350 for materials which were a $100 breaker and a tapcon screw. I looked but couldn’t find a solid gold tapcon anywhere. I don’t have a problem with the labor charged but they should be ashamed for the 300% markup on a breaker.

Great customer response time called in the morning discussed my problem with Charlie took my information and said if he was in the area would come in the late afternoon if not the next day. At 3 pm he called said was on his way. He arrived took care of the problem and gained a new happy customer.

Would give them a - star if I could. Called to find out about restoring power to my property after Hurricane Irma and the lady on the phone was VERY rude. Talked over me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. When I asked if I could, she said no! I hung up and she actually called me back to tell me not to call them again...like I would. Have dealt with numerous companies after Hurricane Andrew and while living in the Keys and have never been so offended by my initial contact with a company. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else...anyone else.
