We recently used this company to determine if there was a gas leak in our dryer. They not only sent a technician who completely misdiagnosed the problem (turns out there was no gas leak; it was a misread by the gas company!), but also failed to take responsibility for the poor service provided by their contracted technician and refused to reimburse us for the service fee. I also should point out that soon after the technician arrived, I realized he was the same technician who serviced and broke our microwave several months prior under a different company name. Bottom line, this company does not appropriately screen or hold accountable their independent contractors nor do they provide any sort of customer service post visit.
