I can't say enough good things about Arlo and his crew. It was clear to me that he puts his heart into his work. I called 6 different companies for estimates and Arlo was the only one who answered his phone and met with me the following morning to provide a quote. It's worth noting that not only is he the owner, but he would be doing the climbing too. I trusted my intuition and hired him on the spot. Basically I took a risk knowing other quotes could've been cheaper. Lucky for me Arlos quote ended up being significantly lower than the others. My tree was in a very tight spot in between my house and fence. I watched Arlo and his crew take down the massive limb that extended over my roof piece by piece. The crew are professional, courteous and did an awesome job. The tree came down in exactly the right place with no damage to the fence. They cleaned up everything including raking the lawn of stray leaves. The price was very reasonable and they are super responsive and made it all easy. Thank you!
