I found this company online and got in touch with them. David came here to see the work. There were three different jobs, three separate projects that David looked at. For each of them, I asked them to give me an estimate on how much it would cost. The estimates arrived about a month later. I called and talked to Ashley. Mentioned that I want to ho with one of the estimates since I have busget for this one ready and consider others in few months. Asked Ashley if they can give me a discount gor this estimate. He talked to David and gave me some discount. Asked them to send me the new estimate and then received a call from David that since Im not doing all 3 project, they cant give the discount . So I ended up approving the estimate with no discount.Called and talked with Ashley several time

I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for Armadas Exteriors. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A single shingle came off the ridge line of my roof during the last rain storm exposing the ridge vent. Worse possible time to have a hole in your roof, and a potential costly repair right before Xmas. A few other companies came out to give me estimates, and they were putting me 1-2 weeks out for what really was a 15-20 min job. In addition they were obviously trying to upsell other services, which is fine, because I understand the operational cost of a single trip to fix one shingle. Quotes were in the thousands. Guy from Armada Exteriors came out looked at the missing shingle, said he had some extra material in his truck that was close enough in color, and fixed it in

It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The extra effort to help me in a very scary time, no pressure.. just actual hone

WOW! What a great experience working with Armadas for our gutter repair. The new larger gutters with leaf clean-outs will make it much easier to keep our gutters from getting clogged with leaf debris. The team arrived on time, did a great job, and our yard was clean when they left. I would use Armadas anytime I need exterior work done on our home.

David and the team at Armada were amazing to work with! David responded came out quickly and provided a thorough and competitive bid for my roof repair and gutter replacement.
