Great company to deal with! Called and they were out to diagnose and fix our intermittent issue within a couple hours. Upon completion received a call explaining exactly what the issue was and how they were able to resolve it. Excellent communication, punctuality, and professionalism! Ashley in the office was very polite over the phone when I called in to explain the issue. Randy the tech that came out was very knowledgeable. Jeff called to follow up upon completion! The guys at Armitage are very professional and did an amazing job installing an entire HVAC system and duct work in my workshop/studio space. From the initial estimate, I knew by the level of detail and consideration that they were really meticulous, thinking through and problem-solving different approaches to provide a system that would achieve all of my goals. It was bone-chilling cold in my building when they were here for the estimate, but that did not stop them from doing a thorough assessment and talking through different approaches for routing the duct work into all the rooms. I cannot stress how much I recommend this team of people. From Jeff's knowledge and professionalism, to the rough in team's attention to detail. I used Armitage for hvac on my new build. Through an unfortunate series of events I had over 100k stolen from me on my project and Armitage Heating and Cooling was a breath of fresh air. Reasonable pricing, effective communication, and promises kept. When they day it'll be done tuseday you can take that to the bank. These guys are the best.
