Armored Closet Tornado Shelters

Great product and overall experience. Moving to Texas and constantly seeing the tornado and wind threats through out the area we wanted to have some piece of mind. We got to work with David who was able to give us multiple quotes for different areas and dementions of our home. His team was very professional and we love what they did for us. Purchased tornado shelter April 2016 after experiencing numerous close calls in the D/FW area (North Richland Hills). We did our research, and was looking for F-5 ranking shelter. Placed in our bedroom for close proximity. Shelter has been used about 4-5 bad weather events (along with a bottle of whiskey). Peace of mind has been priceless!! Wonderful company, nothing but excellence! Also used as a safe (haha). The shelter door is to the left of the pictures I’ve posted, and we placed a wardrobe closet on the other side to hide some what the shelter box, we wanted a large shelter (holds four to six adults, kids and cats). We considered placing in the garage but to far away from our bedroom and Texas heat in the summer would melt our family pictures/photo albums, videos, expensive wine, etc

Coming from Oklahoma, we wanted to install a shelter that we can use for the unpredictable weather here in Dallas as well as a place we can use as a safe room. We decided to install one in our master closet after a lot of debate. The entire experience with Armored Closet was great- I called around to a lot of places and finally went with this company. The owner, David, was really personable and took the time to answer my many questions and I felt very confident in my decision to go with this company after communication with him and the purchase process. Installation was on the day as scheduled with no issues and the guys that came out were super friendly and efficient- my shelter was in my closet after a couple of hours. Pricing was also very fair as well. Highly recommend!
