I wish it were possible to review with zero stars, because this company isn’t even worth one. They indicate they will start loading trucks at 7 o’clock, but they stand around, drink coffee, scratch their rear and smoke cigarettes for the first hour even while there are trucks sitting out on the street. Then, when they finally get a truck in, it takes them more than one hour to get it loaded. And if you say anything about them goofing off and being lazy, they will skip you in line and load the truck behind you. Most unprofessional people I have encountered in a while. They don’t hold themselves accountable and they don’t want anybody else to.

Avoid doing business with this company. We accepted a load, which we were told would be ready at 1:00 pm. Arrived and told to wait outside until load was ready, only to be notified by a bad broker (LVT) that the load wasn’t going to be ready for 2 days. Waist of time, fuel and lost another load due to their bad business practices. Wow, this response sums up exactly the bad business practices I was referring to. It had nothing to do with your customers, you ordered truck and didn’t have the product ready to ship. Oh well it’s probably a blessing. Type in Armorock and OSHA, just saying.

Waited over 2 hours just to get loaded. After I got loaded it took atleast 30 min. To get my BOL. All employees was super friendly and willing to help just nothing seemed to be in order. If everyone was more prepared and had the loads and paper work ready things may run smoother

I load here fairly often, there's a truck stop close by, easy to get to the shipper, and everyone is always friendly and professional.
