Elliot was able to help us the next day, sent us a quote, he has fair prices, did an amazing job installing the new water heater tank, and explaining the process and how our system was working, Elliot made sure everything was working great before he left my house including our heat. We had an excellent experience with Armory Plumbing. We put in a service request on a Saturday evening, and Elliot responded quickly and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and clearly was very knowledgeable and experienced. We had an issue with a rigid supply line in our bathroom. Elliot replaced it properly with a braided line, installed the T-valve correctly, and thoroughly tested everything to ensure there were no leaks. When he realized an additional part was needed, he proactively went to the nearest hardware store to get it so the job could be completed the right way. Coincidentally, Armory Plumbing is also close to home, which is extremely convenient for me as a single mother and homeowner. Having a plumber who is reliable, responsive, and upfront about the work being done is incredibly important to me. Elliot is clearly a hard-working professional who is passionate about helping his clients. When I encountered an issue with my boiler, he thoroughly inspected the system and discovered that the boiler temperature was set too high (around 220°), which was causing the relief valve to discharge water onto the floor. Phenomenal service and turn around time! Eliot was upfront about the costs and sent his colleague Alex on the day of the request. Alex had a calm demeanour and explained to me in detail of what the problem was helping me make an informed decision. Alex turned up the next day and patiently worked to fix my heating issue. He was very calm and explained the whole process thee tire time. It’s was great working with Armory and I am definitely recommending them to my friends.

Elliot was a excellent! Had our 40gal gas water heater out in Lowell spring a leak, called the next morning and he was able to come out after work, stay late, and get it removed and replaced in time for evening showers. Even fixed an issue with the cement around where the exhaust entered the chimney while he waited around to make sure the water heated properly. Nothing but great things to say about him and the job.
