I contacted Armour Exteriors and immediately spoke with Justin, the owner and requested an estimate. He drove over , measured and gave me a quote within a few hours. We agreed and an appointment was set. He showed up 20 minutes early, started and was done a hour before the estimated time. I am truly impressed with the results and his down to earth attitude, but his professionalism was beyond compare.

Justin was not transparent about a lot of things. He never scheduled a day to come out. Just randomly showed up without any notice. I have a disabled mother who lives with me. So, she was startled when there's a random guy working on our house. Our gate was locked, so how he and his crew got on the other side is beyond me. Not to mention, the siding he replaced does not even match the rest of the house. I said something to him about it and his response was, "you didn't say anything before," when we did. We got everything done for a good price, which is the sole reason I didn't give a 1 rating.
