Called for an emergency repair & Mike Kirkland sent. He was coming off as extremely nice. The following is an email I could not refrain from sending him & I feel very bad for not telling the truth to his supervisor! "I just want to give you the courtesy of a heads up (why I would do that is beyond me) that I am reporting your disgusting actions to Eli & Jeanne from the emergency visit when I had no heat! You did not clean my boiler as was part of the deal when I made the appointment for the furnace fix. Yes...I was happy to get heat, but you were to clean my furnace as part of the appointment! My wife and I traveled to Butler, PA, to visit my wife's mom. Upon arrival, we learned that her heat pump had gone out and she had no heat or AC!!! The first days there, the weather was unseasonally cold, the temperature dropping down into the middle 30's! Then it turned of hot with highs in the 80's! At one point, the temperature in my mother-in-law's house reached 84 degrees!
